Tracy Bannon is the President of Progressive People Solutions, LLC. Tracy has over 25 years of national HR leadership and consulting experience. She has successfully worked with all levels of employees and leaders, across a variety of industries, to identify and execute customer-focused solutions that drive business outcomes.

Prior to establishing her consulting practice in 1997, Tracy served as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources of a multi-national, public corporation in the emergency services industry, with over 8,500 employees. She also held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources for a multi-million dollar hotel company with over 10,000 employees nationwide. Prior to these roles, Tracy worked in a variety of training, staffing, and employee relation’s positions.

Tracy received her undergraduate degree with honors from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan and her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. Tracy is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute and by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
